How Bullmark works
Three moving parts, one loop .
A marketing loop that pays everyone in it. Referrers bring people in, Brand Credit rewards them, vouchers let them spend or trade. Each part feeds the next — and none of it starts with you writing a cheque.
01 · Currency
Brand Credit
1 · 10 · 100 credits to the dollar — the brand picks, then it is fixed
Your own currency inside Bullmark; its value never floats. A customer pays by card once and spends credit after that — every voucher bought with credit is a payment you do not pay 2.9% + $0.30 on. It converts one way, on a recorded chain: cash → Brand Credit → voucher.
Cash, Brand Credit & Bullmark Credit → 02 · Instrument
Vouchers
1 row per voucher
Issuing does not write a number on a listing. It writes one real, numbered row per voucher — its own serial, its own redeem code, its own QR, sealed the moment it is created. Issue 100 and 100 things exist.
What is a voucher → 03 · People
Refer & Earn
Paid per redemption
Creators ask you for a contract; you seal it with the terms. They go and sell you to their audience. The voucher row is the attribution — no tracking link, no cookie, nothing a browser can strip.

Brand Credit
Charge the card once, sell small a hundred times
Card fees are built for big tickets: 2.9% + $0.30 on every payment. On a $1 sale that is 33¢ gone — a third of the price . Brand Credit is why a small price can exist at all. Your customer tops up once by card — one fee, on one payment — and spends credit after that. Twenty $1 sales by card cost $6.58 in fees; one $20 top-up costs 88¢.
A brand picks how many credits make a dollar — 1, 10 or 100 — and after that the value is fixed, for every brand, for good. There is no exchange rate to negotiate and none to be gamed. Brands compete by giving you more credit for the same cash , not by quietly repricing what a credit is worth.
Credit stays attached to the brand that issued it, so your wallet always says whose credit you are holding. Beside it sits Bullmark Credit , the platform's own — what you are paid when you sell a voucher on, and what buys the next one on resale. Neither one is ever refunded as cash.

Cash You pay in
Brand Credit $10 by card → 10 credit (or 100, or 1,000 — the brand's unit)
Voucher Spend at the brand, or trade it
One direction only. Nothing walks back up the chain, and every hop is sealed where you can check it.
Vouchers
A voucher is a row, not a coupon code
A shared code is a promise you cannot count. A Bullmark voucher is a numbered thing: one row, one serial, one redeem code, one QR — sealed at the moment it is issued, with the holder, the value, the expiry and whether it has already been used all inside the seal.
That is why it can change hands safely, and why a redemption is proof of who brought the customer rather than a claim about it.

Refer & Earn
Marketing you pay for only when it worked
A creator asks you for a contract from Discover. You seal it with the terms — how many vouchers they may hand out, what they earn per redemption, and whether they may resell. Sealed means fixed: changing the terms means a new contract, not an edit to the old one.
They are paid in Brand Credit per verified redemption — never per click, never per claim. Nothing is owed before a customer has actually arrived, by either side.

Request
A creator picks your brand on Discover and asks.
Seal
You set the allocation and the reward, and approve.
Hand out
They share their code; each claim hands out one real voucher.
Redeem
A customer uses it. That redemption pays the referrer.
The rules, in numbers
No cash upfront. No surprises later .
These are the limits the API actually enforces — not marketing rounding. You find out here, not at the moment you are trying to pay.
10,000
Brand Credit, first mint free
A brand's first mint costs nothing — any amount up to this, no card. Enough to issue its first vouchers.
Vouchers per issuance
Each one a real numbered row. Issue again to go further — a four-figure typo should not become a four-figure lock.
Vouchers to a wholesale lot
Wholesale moves in lots of 10 — 10, 20, 30, never 7. Singles are the retail window: 1–9.
20–50 %
Wholesale discount band
Off your consumer price, 40% is what the form suggests. Retail sits below wholesale, so a single is never cheaper than a lot.
Secured by Axowl
Two sides, and they must agree .
Every voucher and ledger entry is sealed into a hash chain anchored at Axowl — a different system, a different database, a different key. Bullmark sends the hash, never the contents. Neither side can move alone.
Tampering = caught
Who holds it, what it is worth, when it expires, its serial number, and whether it has already been used — all of it is inside the seal. Change any of them in the database and the hash stops matching the anchor. It is a chain, so fixing one row is not possible either.
Forgery = caught
Issuing seals the whole supply in one batch, so a hundred-and-first voucher contradicts it. And the anchor carries Axowl's own clock — nothing can be back-dated into a batch it was never part of.
It cannot change hands quietly
The holder is inside the seal, so passing a voucher on is not an edit. The giver's copy is closed and sealed shut, the receiver is issued their own, and both halves stay in the record with the same serial number.
Anyone can check, including you
Scan the code and the answer comes from comparing the two sides — not from our database saying trust me. We verify an email and we say exactly that: this voucher, at this price, went to this address, and has not been touched since.
